We collect no more than we need to reply to you. This page explains what is processed, why, and the rights you have.

What we process
We process the data you send us yourself:
- The contact form — your name, company (if given), email address and message. The form is handled by our hosting provider Netlify and forwarded to our email.
- Email — anything you send us directly.
Why, and for how long
Your data is used only to answer your inquiry. If no business relationship follows, it is deleted once the matter is closed.
What we don't do
This site has no user accounts. We do not profile you, track you for advertising, or sell your data to anyone.
Your rights under the GDPR
You may request a copy of your data, have inaccuracies corrected, and have your data deleted — contact info@synasmedia.se. You may also lodge a complaint with IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, at imy.se.
